Ashara was a wonderful help. She explained everything completely and was polite, helpful and informative. She showed excellent customer service to me and made sure everything worked in my unit before assigning me one. I'm very glad I came to ExtraSpace Storage. Very friendly service.

I started with a smaller unit and after dealing with a Ashara Payne and her great customer service convince this not only to stay but also to get a bigger size. Her knowledge about the storage was excellent and made the process very easy I recommend this storage facility to anyone that's interested. You just don't get service like this anymore.
