The staff members are very nice - minus one female manager (who I think got transferred *secret smile*) She once came over and demanded the employee standing next to me close the cat cage when I was playing with the kitties bc it wasn't adoption time. She even called the adoption director, who proceeded to tell her that I can use the key to open the kitty cages whenever I want.
Service was great happy dogs injections are current.
I mean why do you work in a PET store if you seemingly dont like animals?
Great service and pleasant atmospher.
They had everything we needed and service was friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the merchandise was sitting in the isles so it was hard to move cart around.
I volunteer for Small Miracles Cat & Dog Rescue, the rescue in charge of cat adoptions. Plus I live nearby so this is one of 2 local pet stores for me. Definitely stop in and give the cats up for adoption a look! Events are usually Sat & Sun or by appointment.
Anyway prices are a bit high...I can get the same 40lb bag of Dr Elsey's Precious Cat Litter on amazon delivered to my door for $5 cheaper. I usually only buy from here when i forgot to order litter in time or am in a rush.
Grooming always booked due to understaffing. If you're getting business why not hire more people so that you can make more $ and be available to your loyal customers ?
